Zach Laughlin
Stormwater Inspector

As a stormwater inspector, Bradley conducts construction site sediment and erosion control inspections and post-construction stormwater inspections, perform pollution prevention inspections for maintenance facilities, and stormwater outfall monitoring. He holds preconstruction and progress meetings with contractors and community officials and provide technical assistance for residents and community personnel relating to drainage and stormwater management. Bradley’s Favorite stormwater Best Management Practice (BMP) are bioretention cells.

Bradley received his bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Kent State University in 2022. When he isn’t working, Bradley enjoys bowling, hiking, going to the gym, hanging out with friends, and playing with his dog, Leo.
