Youth Programs K-12

Summit Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) offers a wide variety of conservation and environmental programming geared towards helping today's youth understand the natural world around them. This programming is provided to any school, organization or club in Summit County at NO COST!

Community Engagement & Public Programs

Utilizing an annual stormwater theme, our outreach staff hosts tables and activities at multiple conservation focused events throughout the year for the communities in Summit county. 
​We also offer a variety of topical programs geared towards adults, educators and the general public.


Community Programs

SWMD Reimbursement
​Grant Program

Residents and organizations within the Surface Water Management District are eligible to apply for a reimbursement grant for adding green infrastructure and other applicable conservation initiatives to their property.
